THE MOST DELICIOUS DINNER IN 10 MINUTES!

A quick and friendly weekday dinner

Ingredients:

  • 250 g (approximately ½ lb) of pasta (penne, rigatoni or broken lasagna sheets – pre-cooked/al dente)

  • 250 g (½ lb) of minced beef (or turkey/chicken)

  • 1 jar (approximately 2 cups) of marinara or tomato pasta sauce

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme)

  • 200 g (about 1 1/2 cups) of grated mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese/cream cheese to shorten the recipe)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
