How to Make the Cookie, Flan, and Chocolate Cake
If there’s one cake that takes us back to our childhood, it’s the cookie, flan, and chocolate cake. A homemade, easy, no-bake dessert that our mothers and grandmothers lovingly prepared. Perfect for any occasion, it’s a classic that never fails. Its combination of layers of soft cookies, creamy flan, and chocolate coating make it irresistible. Dilute the flan packet in a glass of cold milk (500 ml). Place the remaining milk in a saucepan with the sugar and heat over medium heat. When it begins to boil, add the glass of dissolved flan and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Mix a glass of milk with a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Quickly soak the cookies (dip and remove, without letting them soften).
