Ingredients
1 cup fresh alfalfa leaves (or 2 tsp dried alfalfa)
1 liter water
Optional: 1 lemon slice, 1 tsp raw hone
How to Make
Rinse alfalfa well.
Bring water to a boil; add alfalfa.
Simmer on low 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover 5 minutes; strain.
Add lemon or honey if desired.
