Juice of half a fresh lemon
1 teaspoon of natural honey
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground ginger
1 cup of warm water (250 ml)
Additional Ingredients (Optional):
A pinch of red chili pepper (cayenne)
Fresh mint leaves
Thin cucumber slices
Directions:
Basic Method:
In a glass, add warm water (not boiling).
Add apple cider vinegar and stir well.
Add lemon juice and honey.
Add cinnamon and ginger.
Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
Leave for 2 minutes, then drink.
For a refreshing flavor:
Add mint leaves and cucumber slices.
Leave the drink to steep for 5 minutes before drinking.
