When we talk about being overweight, the first thing that comes to mind is that the person has excess body fat and; perhaps, they have fluid retention in certain parts of the body: arms, back, buttocks, abdomen, among others.
However, one of the most common problems is the accumulation of fat in the abdomen. In fact, this is very common in both men and women, starting in middle age.
Even thin people are experiencing this. They can lose weight very quickly, but not from that area.
