What does it mean to find a coin on the floor?

The value of the coin would also be important.

Some interpretations also lend symbolic meaning to the   coin’s face value :

• Small coin (1 or 2 cents/euros)  : a reminder that small gestures count, and that patience pays off in the end.
• 5 cent or 5 euro coin  : symbol of energy, vitality, positive momentum.
• 10 cent or 10 euro coin  : symbolic announcement of a cycle that is ending, to make way for a  new stage .

No predictions here , but inspiring mental images, to bring a little magic back to what we believe to be banal.

So… do we pick it up or not?

If you come across a coin on the sidewalk and it catches your eye, why not? It costs nothing—and might even  make you smile.  And if it also reminds you that  luck can be hidden in the little things , then it’s all good.
