
Tiramisu Pudding Cups
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep the Coffee Soak
In a small bowl, stir together the cooled coffee liqueur (if using), and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
2. Make the Mascarpone Pudding
In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the until soft peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat , powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined. Set aside.
3. Assemble the Cups
Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee soak for 1–2 seconds per side (don’t oversoak!).
Break into pieces and layer in the bottom of clear serving cups or glasses.
Spoon a layer of mascarpone pudding over the ladyfingers.
Repeat the layers, ending with pudding on top.
4. Chill and Serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings, if using.
