Instructions:
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Muffin Tin
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with paper liners.
Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until it’s browned and crumbled.
Drain any excess grease.
Mix the Eggs, Cheese, and Bisquick
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix to the eggs. Stir until well combined.
Add the Cooked Sausage
Stir the cooked sausage into the egg mixture until evenly distributed.
Fill the Muffin Cups
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin.
