How to Make It
Preheat Your Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Allow it to preheat for 3–5 minutes to ensure even crisping.
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes clean, then pat them dry.
Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork to let steam escape during cooking.
Rub each one with oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Cook in the Air Fryer
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space for air to circulate.
Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
To check doneness, pierce with a knife or fork—it should slide in effortlessly.
Finish & Serve
Let potatoes cool for a few minutes, then slice open and fluff the insides with a fork.
