1. Prep the Crust
Press pie crust into 9-inch pie dish. Crimp edges.
Pre-bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 mins (with pie weights or prick with fork).
2. Make the Filling
Brown beef + onion. Drain fat.
Stir in Worcestershire, spices, ketchup & mustard.
3. Assemble & Bake
Spread beef in crust. Top with 1 cup cheese.
Whisk eggs, milk, cream & pickle juice, pour over beef.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 mins until golden and set.
4. Serve Like a True Southerner
Let cool 5 mins.
Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes & pickles.
Drizzle with ketchup & mustard (in a zigzag, like a true burger!).
