Soft Orange Cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs

350 g (about 2¾ cups) all-purpose flour (type “0”)

1 orange (with edible peel)

1 glass of milk (about 200–240 ml)

½ glass of vegetable oil (about 100–120 ml)

170 g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) sugar

1 packet of baking powder (about 16 g or 1 tablespoon)

A pinch of salt
