Steps
1. Melt cream cheese, milk & butter. Cool.
2. Mix in yolks, lemon juice, salt, honey, flour & starch.
3. Beat whites + sugar + lemon juice → soft peaks.
4. Fold meringue into batter gently.
5. Bake in water bath at 150°C / 300°F for 25–30 min.
6. Cool, chill & enjoy!
