Soft Milk Bread

In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Add the remaining sugar, melted butter, and egg to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add the flour and salt to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place them in a greased baking pan.
Cover the pan with a towel and allow the dough to rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing. Enjoy your soft milk bread!
