Sip Away Belly Fat with Ginger Drink!

Ingredients:

1–2 inches of fresh ginger (peeled and sliced or grated)
1 liter (4 cups) of water
Juice of ½ lemon (optional, for an added fat-burning boost)
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or turmeric for extra metabolism support

Instructions:

Boil the water in a pot.
Add the ginger and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
