Add 4 drops.
Lie down or tilt your head so that the affected ear is facing upwards. Gently place 4 drops into the ear canal. Do not overuse: too many drops can cause irritation.
Let
the drops sit for a few minutes. You may hear a slight hissing sound; this is normal, as the solution softens the mud or cleans away impurities. It is best to remain still.
Empty the liquid and clean.
After a few minutes, tilt your head to the other side to remove the solution. Dry the residue with a soft cloth. Do not use ear tips: they could push the dirt deeper.
Repeat if necessary.
Depending on the problem, the procedure may need to be repeated for several days. Always follow the instructions on the package or consult a doctor.
