Procedure
- Cook & mash the rice: Boil 2 Tbsp rice in ½ cup water until very soft. Drain, then mash into a smooth paste. 
- Blend the base: While the rice is still warm (not hot), whisk in baby oil until the mixture turns creamy. 
- Cool & enrich: Let the blend reach room temperature, then fold in aloe-vera gel, the contents of the vitamin E capsule, and honey. 
- Optional scent: Add rose-hip or lavender oil and stir gently. 
- Store: Spoon the cream into a sterilized 50 g glass jar; keep refrigerated for up to one week. 
Instructions
- Patch-test first: Apply a pea-sized dot behind the ear; wait 24 hours to rule out sensitivities. 
- Nightly usage: After cleansing, smooth a thin layer over face and neck, massaging upward until absorbed. 
- Layering tip: Because baby oil is occlusive, apply any water-based serums first, then seal with this cream. 
- Weekly mask boost: Once a week, apply a thicker coat for 15 minutes as a sleeping mask, then rinse with lukewarm water in the morning. 
- Sun safety: Follow with SPF during daytime because freshly exfoliated, hydrated skin can be more photo-sensitive.
