Relaxing Infusion of Cinnamon, Laurel and Chamomile for Stress and Insomnia

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    In a saucepan, place 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 bay leaves, and a handful of chamomile leaves.
  2. Add water:
    Pour half a liter of water into the saucepan with the ingredients.
  3. Cook the mixture:
    Bring it to the stove and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. This allows the ingredients to release their properties into the water.
  4. Strain and serve:
    Once ready, pass the mixture through a sieve and serve it in a cup.
  5. Sweeten (optional):
    If you prefer a sweet touch, add a tablespoon of honey to taste.
