Quick & Easy Banana Biscuit Dessert!

1. Prepare the Cream Layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk cold milk and pudding mix (or custard powder + sugar + vanilla) until thick and smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream for a fluffy texture. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

2. Layer the Dessert

    1. In a serving dish (or small cups), place a layer of biscuits.
    1. Spread a layer of cream mixture over them.
    2. Add a layer of sliced bananas.
    3. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with cream on top.

3. Chill & Finish

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so biscuits soften into a cake-like texture.
  2. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder or sprinkle crushed biscuits on top.

4. Serve
