Puff pastry smoked salmon rolls – they won’t stop eating them!

Preparation:

1. First, take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until it becomes pliable.

Then roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a thin, even rectangle.

2. Next, in a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chopped spring onion stalks until well combined. Then, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the puff pastry.

3. Now, evenly distribute the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese layer, making sure that each roll is completely covered to ensure a consistent flavor.
