
Nobody believes me that this is made only from zucchini, zucchini rolls in 20 minutes
Preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with a little salt and set aside briefly. Mix the olive oil with finely chopped garlic, fresh parsley, and basil, then season with salt and pepper.

2. Now heat a pan, brush the slices with herb oil and lightly fry them on both sides until soft and golden brown. Top each zucchini slice with some chicken and mozzarella, then carefully roll them up.

3. Next, place the rolls in a lightly oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the surface is golden brown.
