🍯 How to Make the Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion

  • 3–4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches)

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional, but recommended for taste and soothing effect)

  • 2 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.

  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.

  3. Add the chopped ingredients and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  5. Strain the liquid into a jar or mug.
