Natural Drink That Fights Diabetes, High Blood Pressure & Poor Circulation

  • 1 handful of fresh or dried chamomile flowers

  • 4–5 bay leaves

  • 1 piece of fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)

  • 1 tbsp dried herbs (such as mint or oregano)

  • 500 ml water

Preparation:

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.

  2. Add the bay leaves and turmeric; boil for 5 minutes.

  3. Add chamomile and dried herbs.

  4. Turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes.
