1 handful of fresh or dried chamomile flowers
4–5 bay leaves
1 piece of fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)
1 tbsp dried herbs (such as mint or oregano)
500 ml water
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the bay leaves and turmeric; boil for 5 minutes.
Add chamomile and dried herbs.
Turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes.
