Prepare the paste – Blend or grate the onion and ginger into a smooth pas
Mix – Add toothpaste and olive oil to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Apply – Massage the mixture onto your belly area in circular motions.
Wrap – Cover your belly with plastic wrap (not too tight) to keep the mixture in place.
Leave overnight – Sleep with the wrap on for 6–8 hours.
Rinse in the morning – Wash off with warm water and mild soap.
