For the Lemon Frosting
Unsalted butter (softened) – 1 cup (227g)
Powdered sugar – 4 cups (480g)
Fresh lemon juice – 3 tablespoons (45ml)
Lemon zest – from 1 lemon
Heavy cream or milk – 2–3 tablespoons (30–45ml)
