In a large pan, heat the remaining 50ml oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the chopped garlic and grated carrot. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Fry the meat:
Dice the meat and add it to the pan. Fry until golden.
Add the tomato paste and mix well.

Add the chopped green beans and chopped bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a little boiling water (about 240 ml) and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Serving:
Serve the rice on a plate and drizzle with the meat and vegetable sauce. Tip:
For a more intense flavor, add a pinch of cumin or sweet paprika to the sauce while cooking.
For a refreshing touch, garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
