A needle with a wide eye (blunt point preferred)
A strong thread (such as dental floss or thin string)
Some lubricant (soap, oil or moisturizer)
Step by step
Pass the wire under the ring
Thread the needle through the thread and gently slide it under the ring, making sure that one end of the thread comes out the other side.
