🛒 Ingredients:

1 tablespoon raw honey

Juice of 1 fresh lemon

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3–4 cloves of garlic, minced

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated

🥣 Instructions:

Finely chop onion and garlic, then grate ginger.

Mix lemon juice with honey in a bowl.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir well.

Let it sit for a few hours (overnight is best).

Store in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
