DIY Rosemary Water Recipe: How to Use It for Stronger, Thicker Hair

You don’t need to be an herbalist to make this natural hair lotion. Here’s the simple recipe :

Ingredients :
A nice handful of fresh rosemary (or 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary )
500 to 750 ml of filtered water
Nice option: 1 tablespoon of cloves or a few mint leaves for a refreshing effect
Preparation :
Boil the water in a saucepan.
Add the rosemary (and other herbs if desired).
Let simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
Strain, then pour into a glass bottle or spray bottle.
Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of one week . Use chilled for a guaranteed tonic effect!
