Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Combine sugar and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil for about 2–3 minutes until the sugar fully dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish or pan.
  5. Cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!

💡 Tip:
For a double or triple batch, just multiply the ingredients (e.g., for 3 double batches, use 6 cups sugar, 3 cups milk, 6 cups peanut butter, 6 tsp vanilla).
