4. Clove Oil (Anti-aging + Glow)
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp cloves
- 3 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil / jojoba oil
- 1 vitamin E capsule (optional)
Method:
- Slightly crush cloves and add to the oil.
- Warm the oil in a double boiler for 10–15 mins.
- Let it sit for 1–2 days for infusion. Strain.
- Store in a dark glass bottle.
How to Use:
- Take 2–3 drops and massage into skin at night.
