Chocolate Peanut Salami: a Delicious Idea to Try!

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine 380g (1 ¼ cups) of condensed milk, 100g of dark chocolate, and 20g (1 ½ tbsp) of butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Stir in 250g of roasted peanuts and mix well to evenly distribute them.

Transfer the mixture to a sheet of parchment paper. Shape it into a salami-like roll using a spatula, then wrap it tightly in the parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours to set.

Melt 100g of milk chocolate in a saucepan. Stir in 20ml (1 ½ tbsp) of vegetable oil and 50g of ground peanuts until well combined.

Step 5
Unwrap the chilled salami and place it on a wire rack. Pour the chocolate glaze over it, ensuring all sides are evenly coated. Let it rest until the glaze is firm.
