Instructions
Mix the wet ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 8g of vanilla sugar until well blended.
Add 3 tablespoons of oil, 125g of yogurt, and 60ml of milk. Whisk until smooth.
Mix the dry ingredients:
In another bowl, sift together 190g of flour and 10g of baking powder.
Prepare the batter:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake the cake:
Grease a non-stick pan with a little oil and preheat over low heat.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Cover with a lid.
Bake over low heat for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool slightly.
Slice and serve as is or dusted with icing sugar.
