🥤 Recipe for a fat-burning evening drink
✅ Ingredients :
1 fresh lemon (juice)
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated or powdered ginger
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of organic honey (optional)
1 large glass of lukewarm water (approximately 250 ml)
🕖 Preparation :
Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into a glass.
Add the apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon and honey.
Stir well until everything is completely mixed.
Drink this mixture 30 minutes before going to sleep.
