Banana Apple Smoothie

    1. Prepare the Fruit:

        • Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.

        • Wash, core, and chop the apple. No need to peel unless preferred.

        • In a blender, combine the banana chunks, chopped apple, yogurt, and milk.
