Apple Pie in 10 Minutes

Preparation:

Eggs and sugar:

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

  2. Butter and milk:
    Heat the butter and milk until boiling, then pour it while hot into the egg-sugar mixture. Stir well.

  3. Flour and baking powder:
    Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the batter.

  4. Prepare the apples:
    Cut the apples into quarters, core and peel if you like. Slice them thinly.

  5. Prepare the baking tray:
    Grease a baking tray and dust with flour. Arrange the apple slices in rows and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

  6. Add the batter:
    Pour the batter evenly over the apples.

  7. Bake:
    Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C (330°F) for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
