  • Eggs: 2 whole
  • Granulated sugar: 120 g
  • Corn starch: 40 g
  • Dark chocolate (at least 70%): 200 g

For the filling:

Whole amaretti biscuits: 100 g

To decorate:

Powdered sugar: to taste
