Today I want to share with you a recipe for “Three Minutes” jam. This jam is quick to prepare, in just a few minutes, while preserving the maximum amount of useful vitamins.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

raspberry – 1 kg
blackberries – 1 kg
blackcurrant (frozen) – 1.1 kg
sugar – 1.5 kg
Zhelfix (orange) – 3 packs of 25 g each
