Ingredients
- 200 g organic aloe vera gel (from inner fillet)
- Juice of ½ yellow lemon (high in limonoids)
- 300 ml alkaline water (pH 8.5)
- 1 tsp Manuka honey (UMF 10+)
- 1 cm fresh ginger root (metabolic activator)
Preparation
- Gel extraction: Select mature basal leaves. Rinse with diluted apple cider vinegar, then carefully scoop the transparent gel.
- Blending: Use a cold blender (under 40°C). Add in this sequence: water → aloe → ginger → lemon → honey. Blend gently to minimize oxidation.
- Storage: Transfer to amber glass, refrigerate at 4°C. Keeps for 5 days. (Optional: 1 drop grapefruit seed extract can extend shelf life.)
Consumption Protocol

- Dosage: Take 15 ml (1 tbsp) on an empty stomach in the morning and another before bed.
- Cycle: Use for 10 days, pause for 5, then repeat.
- Method: Drink with warm water and wait 30 minutes before eating. Add probiotics at dinner for greater gut balance.
Precautions
- Not suitable during active Crohn’s disease.
- May interact with diuretics or diabetes medications.
- Best avoided during menstruation due to its emmenagogue action.
- Always test tolerance first (start with 1 tsp).
