Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Hydrate Egg Whites
In a large mixing bowl, combine the powdered egg whites with water. Whisk until fully hydrated and soft peaks form.
3. Blend in Cottage Cheese
Add the cottage cheese to the egg white mixture and blend until smooth.
4. Pour and Smooth
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
6. Cool and Serve
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
